It’s no secret that I adore chocolate in all forms. I also adore muffins in most forms! These muffins are very traditional in texture, but are just a little bit healthier with the addition of whole wheat flour and substituting some of the butter and sugar for banana puree, instead.
Plus, you get an extra potassium boost from bananas and a vitamin C boost from strawberries! My kids think they’re eating dessert, and I am sneaking in some nutrients. It’s a win-win!
