I always struggle with snacks. That's why something quick and easy that I can grab on my way out the door is a must! I’ve created several recipes for energy bites, because they do just that! They’re portable, last a long time, and are packed full of nutrients.
These mixed fruit and nut energy bites are packed full of good-for-you ingredients. The nuts have lots of healthy fats and protein to keep you full longer and the fruit is full of fiber and vitamins and minerals.
I like the addition of salt to something sweet, because it just adds a little extra layer of flavor. I hope you enjoy these fruit and nut energy bites!
